There are days and times when motivation to workout just pours down from exercise-ville like there is no tomorrow. Then there are times and days when you feel like you need binoculars to find the motivation to workout. This is called life. It happens to most of us and on days when the workout motivation is hard to find, you have to have an insane workout playlist.

Quite often I find that when I have a pumping workout playlist, it does wonders for my strength and mood. The only thing that does bring me down while listening to these sounds is someone in the gym trying to strike up a conversation when they can clearly see that I am in the ‘no talking zone’. Don’t you just find people who want to talk when you have headphones on in the gym annoying? Well, I do.
Speaking of headphones, you have to have the best there is so that you enjoy the beat to the max whether you are pounding the road, pumping iron or running on the treadmill.
These two pairs are my absolute faves when it comes to delivering quality sound to my ears, and at available on Amazon.
Now back to the playlist. I have compiled my ultimate workout playlist that gives me the buzz whether lifting or running. Check out what gives me the buzz in the gym and I am certain you will agree with me that I have a killer workout playlist right here. I hope you are inspired by this list to slam your goals harder during your next gym session.
