  1. I have only heard of about half of these songs. I need to hit up Youtube to check the rest out today so I can add some to my playlist.

  2. I tend to like different genres for different workouts. For cardio/running I like pop or dance, for lifting in the gym I like rap/metal. Lifting I like: Eminem, rob bailey, disturbed, seether, skillet.

  6. I love sail! It is definitely a workout song for me!! So many good choices here. My current workout song is To Be Human (feat. Labrinth by Sia. Totally from wonder woman and who doesn’t want to be channelling their inner wonder women when working out.

  7. Depending on what I’m doing for the day depends on my playlist. Jogging, I tend to like rap from the 90’s. Anything else I am digging the Trolls soundtrack right now.

  11. I tend to workout watching TV or using a DVD or online program so I don’t have a workout list. I used to carefully craft one when I was a member of the gym. One of my favorites was Girl Talk. I love his albums because they were already a mix tape style of music. Since it was created by a DJ everything flowed perfectly and kept me motivated.
